Two kinds of people
Customers, who buy the subscription, and callers, the leads and applicants who talk to the interviewer. This policy covers both.
Customers
We hold your name, company, email, phone, billing address (from Stripe; card numbers never touch us), your intake brief, and your dashboard login. We use it to bill you, build your interviewer and support you.
Callers
The interviewer records the call, transcribes it, and stores the transcript, the audio, the contact details the caller confirms, their answers, any callback they book, and a grade computed from the transcript. The interviewer says it is an AI and that the call is recorded at the start of every conversation. This data is the customer's business record; we process it for them and do not use it for anything else. Callers who want their record removed write to rob@fusiondataco.com and we remove it and tell the customer.
Retention
Call data stays as long as the customer's account is open, or until the customer or the caller asks for deletion. Closed accounts are purged within 30 days.
Processors
ElevenLabs (voice and transcription), Stripe (billing), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Google, if the customer connected Gmail for notifications. Each acts under its own policy. Nothing is sold and nothing is used for advertising.
Cookies
One session cookie for the dashboard login. No tracking or advertising cookies.
