Refund policy

During the 14-day trial

Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel from the billing link in your dashboard or by email and the card is never charged.

First paid month

If we did not deliver your screen within one business day of your intake, or it does not do what your intake asked and we cannot fix it within three business days of you telling us, the first month is refunded in full. Email rob@fusiondataco.com with your company name; we answer within one business day.

After that

Monthly charges are not refunded once the month has started; cancel and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If the service was down on our side for more than two consecutive business days in a month, that month is credited.

Overage

Per-interview overage is added to your invoice by a person, with the count, before it is charged. Dispute it by replying to that note and it is held until we agree.
